Having provided my details to the adviser, and after agreeing on a suitable outcome, the rest of the process was a breeze; the adviser dealt with the application process and simply requested any documentation from myself as it became necessary, and then proceeded to liaise with the recommended mortgage provider, my Solicitor, and any other necessary parties through to the completion of the mortgage.
…and then, just like that, I was a homeowner! By employing the service of a mortgage adviser the process really was far simpler than I had ever anticipated, and completely stress free!
